Raw Chocolate Mousse aka AvoChoco Delight

Raw Chocolate Mousse aka AvoChoco Delight

A delicious and super healthy mid-afternoon snack, also perfect for children 🙂

Good fats (avocado and coconut oil) and antioxidants (cacao and berries), plus the natural sweetness of maple syrup, are the mighty ingredients in this recipe.

You can use a blender if you are short of time, this is the “fork version”

Always choose real cacao, not sweetened cocoa. You can also look for cacao beans and make your own cacao powder by grinding them.

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tsp organic raw cacao powder
  • 1 tsp organic raw cold pressed virgin coconut oil
  • 1 or 2 tsp maple syrup to taste
  • 1 tsp water, if needed
  • Coconut flakes and berries to serve

How to

Melt the coconut oil in a glass bowl over a pot of hot water, then add the avocado flesh and mash well with a fork.

Add the cacao powder and maple syrup and keep mixing until smooth. You can add a teaspoon of water for a smoother finish.

Taste and adjust with a little more maple syrup, if needed.

Put the mousse in the fridge and chill for at least 1 hour.

Serve with berries and coconut flakes.

Enjoy!

Italian MP blasts Bill Gates in Parliament

Italian MP blasts Bill Gates in Parliament

Italian MP Sara Cunial created a public stir across her country this month that quickly crossed the borders, spreading fast on social media.

During her seven minute long speech at the Chamber of Deputies in Rome, the independent member of the Italian parliament denounced Bill Gates’ involvement in the current global situation. his calls for population control and his lethal vaccines programmes, such as his sterilization campaign in Africa, which only create devastation.

Thanks to his vaccines, he succeded in sterilizing millions of women in Africa and he gave rise to a polio epidemic that paralyzed 500,000 children in India and still today with DTP, Gates causes more deaths than the disease itself”

Sara Cunial, Italian MP

The Italian MP also exposed Gates’ connections to Monsanto and to telecommunication firms behind 5G networks in the U.S, and the fact that Gates is one of the primary funders of the World Health Organization (WHO).

Along with Gates, Mrs Cunial also slammed the global financial system and the World Economic Forum in Davos, the World Health Organization, the pharmaceutical industry and high-tech companies, for profiting from the COVID-19 pandemic at the expense of citizens.

The true goal here is total control, the absolute domination of human beings, transformed into guinea pigs and slaves, violating their sovereignty and free will. All this through your deceptions disguised as political compromises”

Sara Cunial, Italian MP
