Immune boosting Herbal Tea
Today I’d like to share this immune boosting herbal tea recipe that really works wonders!

 

 

It is a herbal decoction to be precise, as we don’t just pour hot water on the herbs like we do for a herbal tea, but we boil the herbs with the water.

Enjoy it warm or cold as desired!

 

Ingredients

 

10 grams dried elderberry (1 tablespoon)

15 grams dried astragalus roots (or a small handful)

10 grams dried rosehip (1 tablespoon)

A piece of fresh ginger root, cut in pieces

2 or 3 cloves

Half cinnamon stick broken in pieces

4 cups water

 

How to

 

Place the herbs and water in a medium saucepan. Cover with a lid and bring to the boil.

Reduce the heat and simmer for at least 20 minutes.
Then, turn off the heat and let it stand for 5 minutes.

Strain and enjoy!

Drink it within 48 hours for best results.
