Ok I get it, it’s lock-down, not Christmas holidays… But who said we need to wait until then to enjoy this gorgeous gingerbread smoothie?
Plus it makes a nutritious and quick breakfast for lazy mornings!
1 cup organic almond milk, unsweetened
1 banana, or 2 small ones
1⁄2 tsp freshly grated ginger
1⁄2 tsp ground cinnamon
1⁄4 tsp ground allspice
1⁄4 tsp ground cardamom
1 tsp organic raw cacao powder
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp hemp seeds
1 tsp flax seeds
1 tsp coconut flakes
½ tsp vanilla beans or organic pure vanilla extract (check the ingredients)
Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
Pour in a serving glass and enjoy!
