For all the netflixers out there… don’t keep munching on this!

Ingredients

Servings: 4

60 g organic unsweetened dark chocolate (min. 85%)

1 tsp organic raw coconut oil or grass fed butter

½ tsp cinnamon powder

½ tsp maple syrup

1 handful of raw nuts of your choice – I have used almonds, walnuts and cashew nuts

1 handful of seeds, dried fruit and berries – I have used pumpkin and poppy seeds, coconut flakes and dried goji berries

How to

In a double boiler, melt chocolate and coconut oil/butter over a low heat; I use a small saucepan with a bit of water and a bowl with the chocolate and coconut oil on top.

Remove from heat and add cinnamon and maple syrup.

Place a piece of parchment paper on a tray and distribute the nuts and fruit mix on the surface.

Pour the melted chocolate mix over the nuts.

Let it set in the freezer for an hour, or until the chocolate has hardened.

Remove it from the parchment paper, break into pieces, enjoy!

If there is any left, store it in a glass container in the fridge.
